How it works

You open the app and choose the mode

Click play button on the phone screen to listen audio sample. Then click down arrow ( signed "Auto") to switch player mode and you`ll hear the same, but processed track.
In "Auto" mode and you`ll hear the same, but processed track, as if you are running with cadence 156 bpm. In real life it will play the track in your actual cadence.
In Fix mode you can try manual switching of the cadence — 20 bpm slower or faster.

The app automatically sorts your tracks by cadence and groups them in playlists, which are also color coded, accordingly to the predominant tempo in the list. You may edit them or create your own lists.

Second Wind studies your movements and suggests you the Hints - tracks from the store, most suitable for your usual cadence or highly rated by other users like you.
